Can not use the apps since the last update. Today it took me almost half an hour just tried to open the apps in order to FPS someone, after trying many time I gave up and tried to use other bank apps. Always show up melware/jailbreak which it is not the case. Found a go around as to reset the apps preferences on setting, but it's only work for a while. If it doesn't fix. I will seriously consider closing all my personal, business and investment account from this bank.

App not working on both of my phones after latest update. "Security risk detected, to prevent malware attacks, please do not root, jailbreak or connect to any USB/software with your device". My phones are neither rooted or have developer options/USB debugging enabled". Might as well close my account if I can't use this bank's app.

Today, I clicked the app but displayed 'Security risk detected' pop-up. It said my phone security may be compromised. I hadn't jailed break or rooted my phone. I went to your branch and asked the teller what should I did. She said many bank customer faced the same issue today. It was not my phone's issue. I might reinstall the app and tried again. She also gave me the direct line of InMotion. I reinstalled the but still couldn't solve the issue. Even the internet banking failed too.
