Ratings and reviews

The watch itself is great. Amazing battery life! The basics of this app work well, too. Fitness stats are tracked reliably. Making new watch faces can be fun, especially if you import your own background. Alexa works well. Many other features work poorly, however. Sports score updates are very, very slow and inconsistent. I've struggled mightily to make use of Google Calendar or even Citizen's own YouQ app. More pre-made wstchfaces and watch face elements would be great.

Very frustrating to use. Help sends you to a site that does not exist, so 404 error. Needs to remove all the promotional widgets as they do nothing to allow the app to manage the watch. Setup of a new watch is clumsy and poorly thought out. Sync does not mean you can see things like calendar events upcoming on your watch - you can't. Install your calendar instead. Limited modification of provided faces - 4 "themes" instead of making it look as you wish. Day & date displays month & date.

The app doesn sync with my watch and continuously throws error. Why does it require users to open the app everyday to sync the data. It should be automatic in the background. I have tried removing and adding the watch for the non syncing issue to show up again. The watch is great but the app is terrible.
