Poor customer experience. Payment was accepted, then my order was cancelled because my location was supposedly outside the delivery area, something that was not clearly stated when ordering. After several calls and changing delivery options, no solution was provided. I was promised a refund within 24 hours, but it has still not arrived. Taking payment before verifying delivery eligibility is unacceptable and causes unnecessary inconvenience for customers.

App have glitchs and getting hang many times and after selecting high to low option in sort after opening and checking a drink when i go back again have to reselect sort option..

Always great service. Super easy to use app, customer service on point and smooth delivery. Highly recommended. During my birthday month they sent a nice surprise as a gift! Thanks!!
