App has no functions, it's redundant to website. Could not even get it set up, never validated my email address even days after registration. Need app that I can use to purchase fares and ticket scanner function that works with farebox on the bus.

Most of the kat staff are kind and very helpful as with most company's. Some divisions, are not effecent .nor do those divisions.seem to care to make necicery changes to be more efficient

The site is a little confusing it could be more mobile friendly that's for sure
