Ratings and reviews

Even though I have notifications turned on, notifications are severely inconsistent where sometimes I receive none at all. This is obviously a big problem for this type of app. I've had to get in the habit of constantly checking the app for important information and messages. My husband experiences similar issues.

The mobile app is AWFUL! If you don't have the latest & greatest phone with all the bells & whistles, skip this app. When I installed it (September 2023), it worked okay for about a week; then, the issues started. First, I couldn't make "announcements" from the mobile app. I found a work around. Then, the app stopped sending notifications to me from my parents. Then, the app was so very slow to load. Then after a forced update, it stopped working! I uninstalled the app December 2023.

I can't get access to the classrooms, sometimes I can't even see what the school administration posts and to send a message to either teacher, I have to use my phone notes app, write it, copy it and then paste it on the app text box because it doesn't let me write on it. I uninstalled and installed the app twice. I contacted "support" TWICE and nothing is being done. Horrible app and horrible service.
