Ratings and reviews

The mobile app is AWFUL! If you don't have the latest & greatest phone with all the bells & whistles, skip this app. When I installed it (September 2023), it worked okay for about a week; then, the issues started. First, I couldn't make "announcements" from the mobile app. I found a work around. Then, the app stopped sending notifications to me from my parents. Then, the app was so very slow to load. Then after a forced update, it stopped working! I uninstalled the app December 2023.

This is app is annoying. When using mobile version, which it's intended for, it's extremely slow to open, to submit a message, to retrieve messages, to click through the sections, and you can't erase what you've already seen, I don't want to continue to see who sponsors a class or the app, we should be able to erase what we've already seen in all catergories. It's not user friendly at all. It's a bit confusing as well.

An Unexpected Error keeps popping up every time a log in. I have talked to a customer service representative who unlocked my account which was originally a classtag account but she didn't see the error I saw. I was told to email technical services with a screenshot of the error and I did but I have not heard back yet. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it and tried again but it didn't help the Error message I keep getting. I still cannot log into my account.
