Won't Let me sign up, only sign in. I've never had it before.

I am about to delete this app if I cannot get help with these issues. I am not receiving notifications. I am not able to attach a picture in a message. I have all the permissions turned. My notifications are on. I have went in the app and updated settings. I also went online and went into settings. I have deleted and re-installed the app 3 times. What else can I do?

The app does not show up in my apps list on my phone. There are several issues with logging in and security. The app constantly kicks you out and releases your message so you have to start all over again. In short the app is a disaster.
