About this app

CleanAxis Service Hub helps janitorial and facility cleaning teams organize daily visits, client sites, proposals, and rough labour or supply math on one phone. It works offline with a local database and does not sync data to a server.

First-time setup may load sample sites, visits, quotes, services, inventory rows, checklists, team bios, and company contact details. The Today view summarizes completed and remaining visits, scheduled hours, and a timeline for the day filter you choose (today, this week, or this month).

Sites lists client locations with search. Add or edit a site, schedule service visits with times and status, and open visit detail. Status labels include scheduled, in progress, awaiting review, and completed.

Quotes supports draft through completed statuses, sorting, line items, and an activity log. Create, edit, or delete quotes, or start a service visit from an approved quote when the app allows it.

Calculator (Cleaning Labour and Supply Calculator) accepts site type, floor area, restroom and room counts, frequency, crew size, labour rate, travel minutes, supply allowance, and margin. Tap calculate to see per-visit hours, monthly visit counts, labour, supply budget, margin, and a suggested price. Save runs to history, duplicate a past run, or start a new quote prefilled from an estimate. The app states that results are planning estimates only, not binding quotes.

From Today you can open checklists and an inventory screen to review or adjust supply quantities stored locally.

Company pages cover timeline, team, we, where, about, and contact. Contact can open dial, email, or maps; the message form opens your email app with a prefilled body.
