Whenever I try to process an order to save me time in the morning, it does not go through. it takes so much time that the est. pickup is extended and I have to try for delivery instead. However, your delivery feature doesn't work. It errors out! When I get it to work, it won't let me add any items. It is frustrating when I am trying to save time and all it does is waste my time. If the feature is unavailable at the location, I would like there to be something to inform customers please.

Got a promo for free delivery. Whenever I try to order, I add a new card and it says NO card, must add a card to pay. Tried to pay with Google pay and it crashes. Then I get a notification that my order is getting ready. So I get nervous thinking I have three orders coming (I tried a couple times then reinstalled and tried again)...called the store..."No order for you!" Gave up on a $25 order.

UPDATE: over a year later and still no fix for the spinning wheel for the order menu. Worthless if you can't order ahead to get rewards for ordering through the app. 6-18-18 Update: still no update to fix bug. Can't order and now every time I call to order, I get "you know we have an app". Yes you do, it doesn't work! 5-8-2018: Since updating to get the new spring menu, it won't let me order at all. The wheel just spins
