HeatRound runs your sauna and cold plunge rounds and keeps a log of every session.
Pick a routine, press start and prop the phone where you can see it. The screen stays on, the minutes are large on a high-contrast dial, and a bell rings each time it is time to move: out of the sauna, into the plunge, onto the bench. Hot steps glow orange and cold steps go blue, so you know where you are from across the room.
Routines that come with it
• Contrast: three rounds of 15 minutes in the sauna, 2 in the plunge and 2 resting
• Sauna rounds: three rounds of 15 minutes with 5 minutes out
• Nordic cycle: 12 minutes hot, 1 minute cold and 10 minutes rest, three times
• Cold plunge: a single 3 minute dip
• Your own: any mix of sauna, plunge and rest steps, timed to the second, up to ten rounds
While it runs
• Skip a step or add a minute with one tap, or hold the dial for an extra minute
• Note the sauna or water temperature in °C or °F
• Leave the app and the round pauses and tells you, instead of ringing late
After each session
• Heat minutes, cold minutes, rounds and temperatures on one summary
• How it felt on five faces, and a note
• A session card to share with your sauna group
• Sessions done without the timer can be added by hand
Week by week
• Heat and cold minutes for the week against a target you set
• A streak that counts weeks with the target met, so a rest day never breaks it
• Eight weeks of bars, and the trend of your sauna and water temperatures
Reminders arrive on the days you pick. There is no account: your log stays on your phone, and one backup file moves it to another. Ads and crash reports go through Google services, as listed in the data safety section.
HeatRound is a timer and a log. It does not tell you what temperature or how long is safe for you. If you are pregnant, take medication or have a heart or blood pressure condition, seek medical advice before heat or cold exposure.
Made for home sauna and cold plunge owners, gym and spa sauna regulars, and anyone who alternates hot and cold.
The standard tier has the timer with the four built-in routines and the session card, and saves up to 14 sessions, with a banner ad on the Log and Week tabs. HeatRound Pro saves every session and adds your own routines, weekly targets with the streak and temperature trends, and removes ads. Every session you save stays readable on either plan.
