WHAT IT DOES
PlotKeeper is the plot register, annual rent collection and member list for community gardens and allotment associations.

• Keep plots as records — number, size and location — with assignment history
• Link each plot holder to their plot and contact details
• Run the annual rent collection in one action: invoice every assigned plot at its rate
• See paid, unpaid and overdue plots on a dashboard, with reminders that chase non-payers for you
• Raise one-off charges for key or water deposits
• Send each member a secure payment link
• Add committee sign-ins and export your records to CSV

HOW PAYMENTS WORK
Members pay on a secure payment page hosted by Stripe; the statement shows your association's name. Money settles directly to your association's own bank account — PlotKeeper never holds your funds, and the app never sees or stores card numbers. You send a link; the member taps and pays. That is the whole flow.
