About this app

AppCLEM is a virtual user service platform designed to allow Clínica La Esperanza De Montería S.A.S. members to easily access healthcare services from anywhere and in a completely interactive manner. Through this app, users can perform various tasks, such as requesting medical appointments, viewing and downloading laboratory results, and generating certificates and notifications.

AppCLEM is now available on your mobile phone and allows you to:

- Consult directories with information about the medical network, emergency centers (high and low complexity), specialized medicine, and Customer Service points.

- Request, cancel, and consult medical appointments available at our service points.

- Consult medical service addresses.

- Generate certifications and notifications.

- Consult and download laboratory results (available only for tests performed at the IPS's own units).

- Check your membership status.
