It's good apps. But the customer service is poor. My brother had purchased a RM 204.99, which stated for lifetime subscription. After 10 days+, the apps charged him for another RM154.99, which is 3 months subscription. And when my brother contact to their customer service via email, they keep dodging the question. When we replied with clear statement, they just ignore until now. I had checked the Deduction from my brother e wallet, it's same recipient.

To start learning English, it first asks me to select a different language and none of the available languages include Urdu or even English itself. That means I have to understand another language just to navigate the buttons, menus, and basic controls before I can access the actual English lessons. This becomes a big barrier for users like me who only understand Urdu or English. It would be much more user-friendly if English or Urdu were available at the start.

The app is designed for fraud and for automatically debiting money from your card, not for learning English. The content is very poor and does not match what is stated in the advertisement. They also promise a 7-day free period, but you can't cancel your subscription after that.
