I never used this app. I installed it once and completely forgot about it. It kept charging me automatically every three months, and I didn’t notice until I had been charged three times. I immediately canceled the subscription and requested a refund, but my request was denied. Very disappointing experience. Be careful with the subscription and automatic renewal.

Just another modern scam. They make you spend 10 minutes answering questions to build a 'personalized plan,' only to hit you with a payment screen at the very end. They lure you in with a '7-day free trial,' but you still have to link your card, and we all know what happens next. Why not be honest and state upfront that the app is paid? Total disrespect for the user's time. Don't waste your breath.

Misleading subscription terms. I purchased "Full Access to Books Forever" but was never warned that access is actually revoked after the 7-day free trial unless you also pay for a monthly or annual plan. "Forever" should mean forever, not "until the trial ends". Very disappointed.
