The app is great when it works but it rarely works. Most of the time I cannot see info on where a bus is when I need to. No way of knowing if it's on time, late or already come and gone. This is really a pain when I'm trying to get back home (the time I need it most). Apparently, the app can't show more than one bus at a time running the same route. Pretty much useless.

Doesn't work most of the time. Hard to tell where bugs are since bus service is also unreliable. No way to tell when they randomly don't feel like showing up. App doesn't even have schedule. Must go to website for that.

I'm not sure if the problem is the app or the bus service, but the times on this app are all over the place. Phantom buses, too ...
