Ratings and reviews

The pieces freeze before you get them where you are moving. You don't need a screen shot. All you would see is a puzzle piece sitting on the board not where it should be. It is not moving at that point. The easiest thing to do is to shut down the game and restart it. (Other things work but take longer without working better.)< And you might need to do that 3 or 4 times during 1 puzzle. So many people reporting the same thing, this is major. Please address this dmm before people quit.

I have played many online puzzle games. The reviews that say these pieces do no slide well are 100% correct, nor do they have a big enough nor strong enough magnetic pull. Often, I have to mess with them to sit into the slot where they obviously are meant to be. I am 67, and my fingers have stiffness, so struggling with the pieces hurts. If you can fix this shortly, I will keep your app; if not, I will uninstall it. Please make it easy for all ages. Thank you.

After the latest update, I have had problems. I use the app, then I set my phone to lock. When I unlock the phone, Jigsaw tries to play an ad. The ad doesn't show, Jigsaw crashes and restarts.
