Very frustrating. Tons of lagging and inaccurate displays of data. More often than not, I have to refresh the screen or app multiple times for data that was already visible previously to appear with updated data. UPDATE: Also, the response about server issues for this review has nothing to so with my review. The issues I have experienx have been since the day I purchased the license. My review is related to constant issues with the app, not related to a one time outage.

Awful! Worked good for about 7 months. Then all of a sudden I was no longer able to retrieve any information. After contacting customer support and going through a series of things I had already tried. They told me to unbind the phone, uninstall the app on the target phone and then reinstall it. After doing all that, I went back to the dashboard where in an attempt to bind the phone I had to pay for the service I've already paid for! I'm on auto pay with extra storage! NOT PAYING MORE!!

Please update the app because when the targeted phone is connected to wifi only photos ,video preview should be uploaded but now targeted device is not connected to wifi .. it's working in mobile data still it's uploading photos and video preview due to this the internet in the target phone got finished soon and it leads to expose of this app in target phone kindly check and correct this.. the old update is correct
