This clickfree ultra is the worst I've ever used. I managed to get one back up but needed use the pass through power lead, and ever since then it will not connect at all, it's been a bug waste of time and money on something that does not connect to all android devices as stated and not really fit for purpose,,, I've done all what I was told to do when I reached out for help with these problems and still nothing, I'd be a bit cautious when thinking on purchasing one of these,

I was able to get most of a backup on my PC, however, I had to restart it every time it stopped. I have not been able to use the AI functions at all on my phone. The app keeps stopping on the welcome screen. i made sure the app has the right permissions. I am very disappointed!

Loving The clickfree had it for about two weeks and still learning. Can't wait for more updates to make the app even better I have stored lots of pictures and videos.the AI part is a little glitch but what app doesn't have it problem keep up the good work and can't wait to see what's in the next update I would definitely recommend it to back up to the pictures and videos you love.
