Not just an AI. The Click Up app holds your documents the AI creates, edits, etc. You can, for instance, tell it to create a document with information you want it to remember (your name, where you live, etc.) so you don't have to keep telling it. Just say "check my 'history' doc" and poof, it knows it all again. The ClickUp portion is a game changer.

Brain Max is a game changer - but with some caveats I use Brain Max daily for work as part of my ClickUp account. I use it to write proposals, draft emails, create custom documents and presentations, and much more. I ask it to keep track of what I'm working on each day and to let me know at the end of the day if there is anything that it looks like I started but didn't finish. The main caveat is that is hallucinates sometimes. So always double check what it says!

Less searching, more doing I've used several AI tools but Brain max stands out because it completely understand the context because its right there where I work - inside clickup. Instead of digging through tasks and docs manually I just open Brain max and order like a boss and it answer back immediately. The mobile experience makes it easy to stay productive even when I'm away from desk!
