Ratings and reviews

App just forgets to apply the configured changes on the controller. Slow communication with the controller as everything goes on mobile connection through the Climote central server(s). No local connection, no wifi, no speed, no integration with anything else such as a smart home system. I regretted to pay, in advance, for a 20 years old technology.

Very handy tool to control the heating. Allows you to easily change your settings according to your need and the weather outside. I also have the immersion control which is invaluable - no more leaving it on accidentally and you can see exactly how much hot water you have at any time. I wouldn't be without both

I had been very happy with Climote for a number of years but never used the thermostat that came with it. I recently went to set it up so that my home never drops below a certain temperature, only to discover that there isn't an option for that. So the thermostat only stops the internal temperature from being too warm but never too cold. As a result I've had to change to a Hive unit.
