Your health, all in one place — throughout Bolivia. With Clinicapp, you can book appointments with verified doctors, receive telemedicine consultations when offered, and keep your prescriptions, orders, and medical records readily available — for you and those you care for.

IMPORTANT: Clinicapp is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. All care is provided by independent healthcare professionals, whose credentials have been verified by our team. If you have any questions about your health, consult a professional. Clinicapp is not an emergency service: in case of an emergency, call emergency services or go to the nearest health center.

• Schedule in seconds: search by specialty, compare profiles, and book in-person or telemedicine appointments, depending on each doctor's availability.

• Symptom-based guidance: tell us what you're experiencing, and we'll suggest the appropriate specialist for your consultation. This is not a diagnosis, but rather a guide to help you make the best choice.

• • Your prescriptions and lab and imaging orders, issued by your doctor, in a downloadable and shareable PDF.

• Your clinical profile with you: allergies, conditions, and current medications, always at hand. You choose which doctors treat you, and only they have access to your profile.

• Medication reminders so you never miss a dose.

• Dependents: manage the health of your children, parents, or other people you legally represent.

• Chat with your doctor: send messages and attach results privately within the app.

• Map of nearby pharmacies and clinics (location is optional and is not stored).

• Telemedicine via video call, with reminders and direct access from your appointment.

• Apply with your professional license; we verify your documentation before activating your profile.

• Smart scheduling by office: schedules, patient invitations, rescheduling, and no-shows.

• Complete clinical consultation: triage, ICD-10 diagnosis, notes, referrals, and follow-up appointments.

• Prescriptions, lab and imaging orders, and medical certificates in PDF format with your signature.

• Integrated drug reference guide and ICD-10 catalogs.

• Your patient's clinical profile (allergies, conditions, and current medication) and your own consultation history with them.

WHERE IT WORKS

Clinicapp is available throughout Bolivia: Santa Cruz, La Paz, Cochabamba, El Alto, Sucre, Tarija, Oruro, Potosí, and more. Telemedicine works from anywhere with an internet connection. The number of available doctors varies by city and grows every week.

YOUR PRIVACY COMES FIRST

• Your health information is shared only with the healthcare professionals treating you, with the administrative staff they authorize to manage their schedules and messages, and with anyone you authorize.

• Encryption in transit and role-based access controls.

ABOUT PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Clinicapp is free for patients and doctors. Each professional sets their own availability, services, and fees; the prices shown are for informational purposes only, and payment is made directly between the patient and the professional. Clinicapp does not process payments or sell medications.

Use of the app requires being over 18 years of age; minors can be treated as dependents under their parent or guardian's account.
