Pay with Your Phone
The Clipper app gives you step-by-step instructions for setting up a new Clipper card or transferring an existing Clipper card to Google Pay.

Manage Your Account
The Clipper app gives you the same account access as the website, but on your phone! You can register a new card, load cash value and transit passes, set up Autoload, view your recent activity, and other features. You can also manage multiple Clipper cards in one place.

Plan Your Trip
The Clipper app has real-time transit information and helpful trip planning tools to make getting around the Bay easy! You can view nearby transit options and routes, get real-time travel and arrival information, and save your favorite locations, stops, and stations.

The Play store really needs to consider giving us the ability to rate POS apps like this one 0 stars. The app ate the info for both my physical & digital cards, and when I try to add them back, the Add Card page just... doesn't load. Ever. It's insane that a company that's being added to EVERY major transit system in the Bay Area doesn't have a functioning app OR website. What a farce.

Where did my cards go? Why can't I add another one? To add myself to the enormous number of people complaining about these things; 1:) When you tap "Register Plastic Card," the app gets stuck on a never ending loading screen. It is impossible to add a card. 2:) The cards I DID have attached to my account, are now nowhere to be found in the app. 3:) Location, location, location! 4:) I'm starting to believe this is somehow attached to a conspiracy to make all us poors commit suicide.

Three things: 1) Fix Capital One cards not working with your app. Chase works and others work but not Capital One. 2) If I choose the option to remember me when I log in, stop freaking logging me out every single time I reopen the app. You're not remembering me if I have to log in every single time. (yes I've already cleared the cache, uninstalled, and reinstalled) 3) You shouldn't need location information to be able to use the app. The fact that you can't without accepting it is asinine.
