Six numbers. One target. A ring that won't stop closing in. Targetsum is the classic countdown numbers round, rebuilt as a tap-based puzzle you can carry in your pocket.

Every round deals six numbers — a mix of small numbers from 1-10 and big ones from 25, 50, 75 and 100 — plus a three-digit target between 100 and 999. Tap a number, tap an operator, tap a second number, and the two fold into one result you can use again. Add, subtract, multiply or divide your way through the pool until something lands on — or close to — the target.

HOW CLOSE CAN YOU GET
Land exactly on target for the full 10 points. Within 5 still earns 7. Within 10 earns 5. You don't have to use every number — whichever result currently sitting in your pool is nearest the target is what gets scored when you hit Submit.

EVERY ROUND IS ACTUALLY SOLVABLE
No dead draws. Targetsum checks every round against its own solver before dealing it to you, so there's always at least one path to an exact match — even if it takes a few tries to spot it.

YOU'RE IN CONTROL OF THE DRAW
Pick how many big numbers you want in the mix, zero to four, before the numbers are even dealt. More big numbers make huge jumps easier; more small numbers make fine-tuning easier. Pick your own trade-off.

RACE THE CLOCK, OR DON'T
The Play tab gives you 30 or 45 seconds per round, with a countdown ring wrapped right around the target. Practice is untimed — fold at your own pace, and if you get stuck, tap Show a solution to reveal one real worked path to the target using that exact round's own numbers.

TRACK YOUR BEST RUNS
Targetsum quietly keeps score on your device: your best streak of consecutive exact matches, and your lifetime total of exact solves. Come back anytime and try to beat your own record.
