From a user standpoint, the older version of this app worked ok. This one is terrible. Switching between jobs takes too long, gps tracking doesn't always work (I'm jn the office all day and am on WiFi), and the job times overlap. I worked approximately 9 hrs one day, and it recorded 18.85. Clock out also does not work consistently because it has me clocked in to two jobs at the same time. I have to keep a log so I can go in and make corrections, which defeats the purpose of having the app.

I'm a payroll clerk for my company and the new app consistently gives us trouble. Nearly every employee on our team (myself included) has clocked out for the day, followed all steps, and closed the app, only to discover that Clockshark deleted their clock-out attempt and acted like it never happened. This occurred at LEAST 8 different times. Also, the old app having a banner with a running total for active shift or break counters was a great feature, and I think it should be included here.

Really basic, bare bones app. issues navigating. our technicians all complained it takes a very very long time to upload photos and often times out or get errors when trying to upload photos. Reporting is very minimal. this is probably ok with just a couple techs but not sustainable as you grow.
