■ CLOMO MDM Overview
CLOMO MDM is a cloud service that enables integrated management and operation of iOS/Android devices used by companies and corporations. Administrators can remotely and forcibly perform various controls on individuals and groups within the organization, such as retrieving device information, applying security policies, device locking, and remote wiping, all from a web browser. ■ About this application
This application is an agent application exclusively for CLOMO MDM users. It becomes available after subscribing to CLOMO MDM or applying for a trial. Users should follow the installation instructions provided by their administrator to install this application on Android devices managed by CLOMO MDM and set up the application.

This application uses administrator privileges on the device to properly manage devices owned by the organization.

This application may use accessibility services to restrict some device operations (prohibiting uninstallation, prohibiting operations restricted by the administrator). However, we do not use accessibility services to collect personal or confidential information.

This application may collect user data such as device location information, identifiers, and phone numbers for the purpose of managing the device by the administrator of the organization to which the device user belongs, but this data will not be shared externally. Furthermore, the collected data will be protected under the following privacy policy.

Please open ports "5228 - 5230/tcp", "80/tcp", and "443/tcp".

- Due to a known bug, the passcode clear function is not supported on Android OS 3.0 and above.

- Due to specifications, the VPN connection setting function is not supported on Android OS 3.0 and above.

- GPS functionality must be enabled on the device to obtain location information.

If GPS functionality is disabled, location information cannot be obtained.
