Extremely disappointed with the customer service. The agent used unprofessional and careless language without proper greeting or etiquette. It felt like chatting with a random person rather than a professional support team. For a platform like Binance, this level of service is unacceptable. Please properly train your staff in basic communication and customer service standards.

one of the worst app ever i see in my life it's hard to verification for foreigner and the customer service not helpful because they don't understand different country law and situation better to use binance global.

app didn't show anything and i can do nothing and show $0 in my wallet tab .... very often at first i thought it was my internet problem but when i open binance global i working well so ...
