About this game

Cloud City is a real-time resource management strategy game set high in the clouds of Venus.

You command a floating platform colony suspended above the scorching Venusian surface. Your mission: keep the colony alive through 12 full orbital cycles — 60 minutes of real time.

Manage critical life-support systems
Balance three vital resources: Air (breathable atmosphere), Power (solar energy), and Food (hydroponics). Let any one reach zero and the colony falls. Lose enough lift and your platforms sink into the inferno below.

Build and expand your colony
Construct factories to harvest what you need:
• Air Harvesters — extract breathable gases from the Venusian atmosphere
• Solar Factories & Batteries — generate and store electrical power
• Platform Factories — expand your colony's footprint in the clouds
• Balloon Factories — maintain the lift keeping everything airborne
• Carbon & Sulfur Harvesters — gather raw materials for research
• Farms — grow food to feed your growing settlement

• Hydroponic Farms — reduce food consumption by 50%

Switch to Colony View for a 3D visualisation of Venus and the full solar system rendered in real time. Watch planets orbit the sun as your colony fights for survival in the clouds above.

Four ways to lose
Air depleted, food exhausted, power grid collapsed, or colony loses lift and falls. Keep all systems green, manage your factories wisely, and survive long enough to claim VICTORY.

Solid-State Batteries can be unlocked instantly with a one-time purchase, or researched in-game for free. There is no advertising in Cloud City.

Cloud City requires no device permissions. No camera, no microphone, no location, no internet connection needed to play. Fully offline.
