This app works great from my Samsung phone. The photos upload immediately and look great. It's a little difficult for family to scan the QR code to connect to the frame because they only have the screenshot that I text to them but using the 9 digit frame code works just fine. I have no complaints. Bought the frame for my parents last Christmas and loved it so much I asked for it as a gift this year. I love that the version of the frame I have has a rechargeable battery. You can take it with you.

Gifted a beautiful Kodak frame but the app makes it worthless!!! On 3 separate phones I have tried to set up and register am account in order to use my frame but continue to get "network error". The frame will be returned and another one from a much more user friendly / reliable company will be purchased. We expected so much better from Kodak!!

Everything was working OK until... the cloud service died (some unknown Chinese company) so I can't frickin upload ANYTHING to the frame so getting a WiFi-enabled digital frame made it pointless and made spending extra on it a huge waste of money. I also like the part where literally half of the digital frame's touchscreen is broken (naturally, after the warranty was over) so using some of the settings or functions of the frame is now impossible to use. I can see why Kodak died, good riddance!
