I am seriously so disappointed by the company's manipulative behavior.. First cloud sim double charged my account with the total sum of #9000, I wrote to them and my money was not refunded. As if that was not enough, I can no longer access my Cloudsim account on their app. 🤷🏻‍♂️ No access to my UK line on the app, each time I tried logging in I am declined with a response "Sorry . There has been an error. Please try again later".

It's a good app in the sense that you could separate different international numbers, but lacks customers priority in the sense that they don't respond to compliant, i mail the customer support that my numbers are not showing in my dashboard and I was unable to login back to my account still no response....this brand has alot to do starting from mail representative down to your tech team, i believe you could be better.

Good day,I want to talk about you guys increasing the subscription without giving a heads up,it is absolutely disgusting. I was using vyke before but it was too expensive so I switched to cloud sim.I never knew that you guys would do the same. I would have given you guys five stars if not for the price of the subscription sky rocketing.I would implore you guys to find a solution to the problem as soon as possible
