Very disappointing experience. I opened my account based on a plan explained to me by the Skyforce representative ₹2,500 for 180 days, with ₹5 per transaction after the first 180 days for the next year. However, when I completed the onboarding process, I received a link with completely different terms and pricing. The plan had changed from what was originally communicated. This kind of inconsistency during onboarding is very confusing and unprofessional for customers. I hope the company improves

Super slow and transactions take longer to register. Especially when I add funds having a debit balance, they don't recognise my addition and charge me for dues.

I opened my first salary account with HDFC as per my organization’s requirement. However, I felt misled when they directed me to log in using the HDFC Sky app via a referral link and pressured me to deposit money, claiming it was essential. One representative was unprofessional and dismissive when I had questions about the app. Their approach seemed confusing and manipulative. Also, I discovered that a portion of my deposited funds was deducted and invested in digital gold without my consent.
