This app is fast becoming my primary resource for deeper study. It's reliable, addictive and has so many language combinations that you won't run out. Absolutely love it
Great idea, though I wouldn't recommend it for absolute beginners in German or any other language, I think even beginners could use it if they use the frequency lists, which usually have pretty simple sentences to start with. The reason I rated 4 instead of 5 was because I'm doing german and a Spanish sentence popped up.
The idea is brilliant. The app is good. Only good. It could be made into a best language app, though. The one thing it lacks for sure is a more direct connection with anki. There should be a way to "share" a given sentence direct with Anki, to make a flashcard without having to copy the sentence. I'm saying it as an active supporter of this awesome project, a proud subscriber.
Great idea but sentences are rubbish! For example a sentence in english "I dont want to see you any more" in spanish says "Get out of my life", difficult to learn from this.
I love this new take on learning languages and find it is extremely effective. A very fun way to learn that I found myself very much enjoying!
I love the app. Some of the pro features that are on the website aren't on the app yet, so I don't have a use for pro at the moment, but I understand that it's a work in progress. I would like to know where you got the most common word list from for Japanese, as I would like to plug the words into the Kanji writing app I use.
