DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME DOWNLOADING THE APP I downloaded the app because it's very convenient to transfer money to savings and other online banks. However the latest update took me too long to transfer money to any banks because otp messages take too long. Also, whenever I withdraw for emergency it's always offline. I'm thinking of switching banks if this will not be fixed. I've wasted too much time just to transfer money or buy load.

Since the recent update, using the app has become very frustrating. Earlier, I tried to withdraw cash from an ATM, but my transaction wouldn’t go through. The ATM kept showing the message: “Sorry, we cannot process your transaction.” On top of that, even after updating the eCebuana app, it still keeps prompting me with “Let’s Update.” Until now, I still can’t access my account on the app. I hope this issue gets fixed soon because it’s causing a lot of inconvenience. Thank you.

I can't log in! why don't you fix this app for those who are creating account. everytime I make try again, nothing happened? it's always says that your app is having a technical problem. for how long do we wait to access this app? it's so very inconvenient to be honest.
