DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME DOWNLOADING THE APP I downloaded the app because it's very convenient to transfer money to savings and other online banks. However the latest update took me too long to transfer money to any banks because otp messages take too long. Also, whenever I withdraw for emergency it's always offline. I'm thinking of switching banks if this will not be fixed. I've wasted too much time just to transfer money or buy load.

This app is trash! 3 months trying to create an account, always getting a technical error prompt. Got conned into starting a savings account with a 24k card. what's the purpose of this app if I can't do anything with it. I'll just physically withdraw and put my money in an app that actually works. Side note: Every positive review is a bot.

‎App interface is clean and features are good. My only problem is the OTP system. When I transact, OTP doesn’t arrive immediately. Tapping “Resend OTP” sends it after 5 minutes, but that OTP is marked invalid because it’s for the previous request. Because of this I can’t finish any transaction. I have full mobile data and strong signal, so it’s not a network issue on my end. The app has had many updates and maintenance, but there’s still no action on this issue.
