DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME DOWNLOADING THE APP I downloaded the app because it's very convenient to transfer money to savings and other online banks. However the latest update took me too long to transfer money to any banks because otp messages take too long. Also, whenever I withdraw for emergency it's always offline. I'm thinking of switching banks if this will not be fixed. I've wasted too much time just to transfer money or buy load.

Im new to this app but the moment I use the app for emergency fund transfers the service sucks now the money was deducted but the transaction failed. instead helping us having an easy access with online transactions anytime of the day, your service is giving me headache with what happened to my money. its very disappointing and frustrating doing transaction with you! it's more than 1 month but the money that has been deducted on my ewallet it's still not returned in my ewallet. the worst app!

I am new here. When I tried to create an account, the system kept saying that it has technical issues. As a student, this platform would have been a big help, but instead it is already showing its faults even though it has not been used yet. This issue has been going on for more than two days now, even after I received the physical card from a nearby branch.
