DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME DOWNLOADING THE APP I downloaded the app because it's very convenient to transfer money to savings and other online banks. However the latest update took me too long to transfer money to any banks because otp messages take too long. Also, whenever I withdraw for emergency it's always offline. I'm thinking of switching banks if this will not be fixed. I've wasted too much time just to transfer money or buy load.

it's been more than a week since I installed the app, but every time I try to create an account, it says error. then was told after may 7, since may upgrade with the system, still the same.... no use applying for an account when the online transactions cannot be used. :( when your app has 1 star review from almost all those who installed it..... tsk tsk tsk.

the app isn't working well, it's not very accessible when you have to do online transactions. as i have observed, it's been a week since the app keeps saying there's a technical problem or something. i hope you guys do better to improve the app, making it more reachable to everyone. it says that the app has been updated, but it's still the same. i can't log in.
