DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME DOWNLOADING THE APP I downloaded the app because it's very convenient to transfer money to savings and other online banks. However the latest update took me too long to transfer money to any banks because otp messages take too long. Also, whenever I withdraw for emergency it's always offline. I'm thinking of switching banks if this will not be fixed. I've wasted too much time just to transfer money or buy load.

I cannot log in to the app even though I am entering my correct info. I've been dealing with this for months! After agreeing to all the Terms and Conditions I'll get an error stating that the app is under maintenance and their fixing the issue. I don't want to create another accnt because I already have an existing one! This is soooo frustrating!

This app is extremely inconvenient. Every time I try to log in, it keeps showing an error. I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, and I even tried logging in using other devices, but the error still persists. Now I can’t access my account at all. This is very frustrating. I will definitely not renew my 24K debit card with this bank once it expires. I thought having a 24K savings account would be convenient, but it has turned out to be nothing but a hassle. Never again
