Permissions
The app uses these sensitive permissions only for the purpose of displaying the signal information.
• Phone permissions. This permission is essentially required for accessing and diplaying SIM, network and phone state.
• Location permission. The app does not use location data. However app requires to display cellular and wifi signal details which are protected by precise location permission.
• Background location access. Signal Widgets, notifications, log and alerts are a core feature of this app which need to work in the background and respond while the app is not in use. For correct operation of these features in addition to location permission, app will also need background location permission.

Important
• A very few phones are not following the signal reporting standard fully especially 5G/dual SIM related. Consider sending a debug report by email from app menu to incorporate workarounds.

Ratings and reviews

App does not show the cell signal band. It only shows the signal strength and I would like to add that the signal strength gauge is off for cell signals. The gauge shows signals below -105 DBm as low signals. All the other signal meters show signals below -119 DBm as low signals. My phone while in my house works fine at -108 thru -112 with no problems. This app will be deleted.

So far I'm seeing what I expected to see. Now I need to verify the data is correct. Is it the tower? Or is it the Phone and not the Phone Location. I do like the ease of two buttons Wifi and 4Glte/5G. Much to learn.

The distinctive interface is intuitive and ergonomic with a complete set of stylish widgets that clearly represent all the pertinent details of each connection. EDIT: The app routinely "forgets" about my subscription purchase and limits access to its strongest features (widgets). Since it does eventually "remember" I still give the app 4.5 stars.
