Cannot access my tickets for the 2026 SoFi CMA Festival even though I received an email stating they are now available. I tried calling and going to the SoFi CMA Fest website to no avail. Just got voicemail, my "chat" request for help just said it's too early, try again later? I am a bit stressed as I bought tickets for other friends as well and cannot access them! This secondary ticket connection sucks!

App does not let me log in and I cannot access tickets. I have tried contacting CMA world but to no avail. If I don't get access to the tickets, I will demand a full refund.

please fix your app! this is terrible! can't even sign into my account. if 0 stars was a thing that's what it would get.
