About this app

Workloop is the customer companion app for the home and field service business you already work with. Book appointments, see exactly when your technician is on the way, and pay your invoices — all from your phone.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Book a service in seconds
Browse or search the services your provider offers — plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or whatever they do — with the price and duration shown before you book. Pick a day and time, add a note about the gate code or the dog, and send it. Your provider confirms and you get an email with the details.

• Live technician tracking
When your technician is on the way, follow them on a real-time map. No four-hour window, no calling the office to ask where they are.

• Manage your appointments
Pending, scheduled, en route, in progress, done — see upcoming visits, full history, and the details of every job. Cancel from the app if plans change, or call your provider in one tap to move a time.

• Pay invoices fast
Review line items and pay securely with a card via Stripe, or open a QuickBooks invoice link sent by your provider. Paid, overdue, and refunded invoices are all clearly marked, so you are never asked twice for the same money.

• Your equipment, your records
Keep track of installed equipment — water heaters, HVAC units, filters — including service dates so nothing slips through the cracks.

• Notifications that matter
Get a heads-up when your technician is en route, when a job is complete, or when an invoice is ready.

• English and Spanish

WHO IT'S FOR

Customers of home and field service businesses that use Workloop. Your service provider sends you an invitation; sign in with your email and you're set. There is no public signup — if your home service company is not on Workloop yet, point them to workloop.us.
