Biometric feature fails to work properly, multiple tries with it will eventually disable your account. I get that when using standard conventional login but that's ridiculous to use fingerprints against an account like that. Username is not stored properly either, lots of issues with this app.

Just got an auto loan with them, in their defense it was the best rate...But this app works like it was designed by a high school student, my confirmation word resets constantly. That and setting the app up was a nightmare, I legit thought this was somehow an elaborate scam.

Everytime I try to see how much money I have, it says my password is incorrect. I then call the bank and reset it making sure to know what it is. Go back the next day and it says the same thing even though I know the password and all the information is right. Terrible app on both the website and this.
