Great bank, overall. Issues, or need to swap to a new account, they're on it. By phone or in person. The missing star is because ("we're a small bank ") 90% of apps routinely disconnect 1 day before or after payday. Tracking apps like.... brigit, Albert, credit ory stuff. Actually surprised some haven't.

Just got an auto loan with them, in their defense it was the best rate...But this app works like it was designed by a high school student, my confirmation word resets constantly. That and setting the app up was a nightmare, I legit thought this was somehow an elaborate scam.

I became a member of the Credit Union when they first came to the school district to offer their services to the LSR7 staff. They have always been so helpful, knowledgeable and kind.😊
