I don't like the fact that I don't have access to any sound. And that it doesn't only allows us to see certain videos and other videos we can't get unless we request them because there was a problem from Uber. So any recordings that are done that are not on an Uber drive you really don't have the ability to hear anything that happened so if someone gets in my car and is my backseat but we're not on the clock or they make a comment after I mark that I dropped them off that stuff I can't get.

Hi! The dashcam is continuously recording when you are driving and the camera is plugged in. You can now use the Drives tab to review trips and request any clip of up to 5 minute duration to be sent to your app. All your trips have audio recording. The fact that there is no customer service Phone number or means to catch up payments outside of email is why I rate a 1-star. I am not able to get into my email account and need to make payments. This app does not grant me access, only the ability to type in a box where the respond to an email address that cannot be updated.

Camera doesn't have audio personal or business recordings unless you send it to Uber. Yet we have to pay to use it, would not have chose this option had I known I couldn't review my rides. The Audio is one of the most important things to have access to. Definitely going to try and get out of this subscription and get a camera that makes sense to pay for. What a ridiculous design.
