I don't understand the reviews. I have a kingslkm D4 and it's super easy to connect the device to my phone. The transfer speeds are slow enough that I usually just take the micosd card out but the app works fine. These other reviews are doing something wrong. For other people, do not sign up or register in the app. Just press skip, connect to the cameras wifi, and then connect to the device in the app. It's super simple.

when I first got this Dashcam in 2023, it was great! Easy to connect to the app on my phone and download videos. Then at one point, I couldn't even connect for quite a long time. I would have to remove the Sim card and use my laptop to see videos and download them. Then suddenly the app had an available update! updated the app and it was working fine again for a while. And now I'm to where it connects to the app but I can't download

Not a good product. I don't recommend to buy this product, Impossible to connect the device to the smartphone, impossible to download the GPS, impossible to manage the app, impossible to find the wifi menu and worst case scenario is that I called customer service and they never helped me out. They just told me to wait 48 hours for a return call.
