The app requires registration but fails with Google login and doesn’t explain why. It blocks all use until you register—very frustrating. Connected to the camera’s Wi-Fi, but the app couldn’t find it. Followed all troubleshooting steps, reinstalled the app, reconnected Wi-Fi—still nothing. Support didn’t recognize my firmware version and asked for a video of an error popup of their own application despite telling the exact error message. Poorly tested app with weak support.

App is horrible. Difficult to navigate connecting the camera and I have to reset permissions every time as well as turn off all data to force it to work. None of the videos are in the order they were taken if viewed through the app. It keeps freezing and I have to start all over again with trying to access my videos. The camera is fine but this app makes me regret my purchase big time.

This may be the first product I need to return to Amazon. The camera seems okay, but in conjunction with the app it is completely useless. I simply can't update the firmware after many times trying. It goes through the process but no light is flashing, and after 30 seconds the camera says low battery power, I turn the camera off and on, and battery power is fine. Same thing happens when trying to download files, it simply won't do it, seems extremely slow, then once again low battery power.
