Dear Cobon Team, I have repeatedly tried to contact your customer care but never received a callback. Your AI chat collects all details, yet no agent ever follows up. Both the app and customer support need improvement. If the process cannot deliver results, it would be better to discontinue it rather than leaving customers unattended.

Bought tickets but they were "invalid". contacted customer service where I was told they "ran out" of tickets, even though the same tickets I see available but at a higher price. Now I'm supposed to mail their support asking for my refund. If this is indeed a system issue, the service is downright unreliable and if this was some marketing gimmick, then it is unethical and unprofessional

Horrible customer service. Even though the reviews were bad, had installed the app with great expectations. Tried booking a coupon for the cruise but it took me directly to the payment gateway even before I could select a day or slot. Called the customer service to enquire about it, to which I was told that I would receive a call back in 20mins for the booking details. Called them again after waiting for more than 1 hour just to hear the same thing. Been 5+ hours now didn't receive any call yet!
