Very disappointing experience with Cobone. I purchased Yas Island tickets through the platform, only to discover that the tickets had already been redeemed and could not be used. This disrupted my family's planned visit and caused significant inconvenience. Despite multiple follow-ups with customer support, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution. I have therefore filed a formal complaint with Consumer Protection. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Cobone.

It's a fraud app guys. Don't fall for it. I enquired one of the vouchers availability with Cobone's representative he confirmed the slot. After the voucher was purchased for a certain activity, the whole company that's offering the service is not there. The number we are supposed to call that's mentioned on the Voucher for date confirmation shows NON VALID.

Horrible customer service. Even though the reviews were bad, had installed the app with great expectations. Tried booking a coupon for the cruise but it took me directly to the payment gateway even before I could select a day or slot. Called the customer service to enquire about it, to which I was told that I would receive a call back in 20mins for the booking details. Called them again after waiting for more than 1 hour just to hear the same thing. Been 5+ hours now didn't receive any call yet!
