The gym is amazing. prices slightly ridiculous, app trash...glitchy, doesn't register how many people are at the gym until I get there, which makes that feature useless, doesn't register how many times I have visited...the app looks nice but hardly delivers...I will update my comment just as long as these problems are fixed, and yes, I am referring to the updated app...

no customer support, no contact or a way to leave a note or a complaint? already made my subscription and paid for it , just for the app to log me out and refuse all tries to log back in . no account it says !! , while payment is already processed and subscription receipt was received , Now a hot fix is due .

تطبيق سيء و غير عملي . لا أرغب في استلام الاشعارات و مع ذلك يطلب من السماح للاشعارات من اجل الدخول للنادي عن فتح التطبيق. a very bad application. I don't want to allow notifications. Even though, it is a must to enter to the gym evertime. why should I need to open the app an allow the notifications to get an access to the gym. This is really ridiculous.
