Corrupt State is a darkly comic politics tycoon and business simulator set in the Republic of Doranta, a sunny little country that exists on no map. You own a dusty building-supplies shop, a phone full of useful numbers and absolutely no scruples. The palace is up the hill. The skyline is for sale. How far will you go before someone notices?

Part money tycoon, part president simulator, part empire builder: every choice is a trade-off between price, heat and time, and the whole city reacts on the map.

FROM SHOPKEEPER TO SKYLINE
• Grow your little shop into an office, an eight-storey headquarters, a glass tower and finally the landmark skyscraper of the capital.
• Buy companies, open new businesses, sign contracts and build your own towers on city plots.
• Climb from Shopkeeper to Contractor, Businessman, Holding Boss, Oligarch and Shadow President. Every title opens new schemes.

PLAY THE SYSTEM
• Win public tenders for highways, dams, ports and stadiums, and watch the projects rise as miniatures on the country map.
• Trade on the stock market: twelve tickers, candles and short selling, plus commodities, treasury bonds, a dollar desk and IPOs, and a friendly newspaper that prints whatever headline you paid for.
• Juggle three wallets (clean, "undeclared" and offshore) and slide the declared share of your taxes, if you dare.
• Keep ministers, governors and deputies sweet with "gifts" and "consultancy fees". Their favours are never free.
• Every morning a queue forms at your door: petitioners, officials, journalists and fixers, each with an offer you may regret.

DON'T GET CAUGHT
• Every shortcut builds heat. Tax inspectors knock, prosecutors open files, the securities board watches your trades and the foreign press sniffs around.
• Evidence piles up, cases go to trial, and even a prison cell is not always the end of the story.
• Rival clans bid on the same tenders, buy the same officials and leak your secrets.
• Lose the street and the square fills with protesters. Lose the market and you go bust. Lose the case and you lose everything.

A LIVING CAPITAL
• Couriers carry briefcases at night, news vans camp outside your tower, motorcades stop at your door, and election buses, strikes and storms sweep across the city.
• Buy newspapers and TV, steer public opinion, fund campaigns, and meddle with parliament and elections all the way up to the presidency.
• Well over a hundred events, from surprise port inspections to scandals at the local football club, keep the news cycle moving day by day.

YOUR PEOPLE
• Hire fixers, lawyers, accountants, traders and a very discreet PR team. Each one has traits, a price and a breaking point.
• Build your org chart, and decide who takes the fall when things go wrong.

MANY WAYS TO END IT
• Become the shadow behind the palace, the country's first billionaire, the president himself, or slip away on a private jet with an offshore fortune.
• Or try the slow road: a "Clean Hands" victory is possible too.
• Chapters, contracts and a long list of achievements keep every run different.

HOW IT WORKS
• Single player; no account, no ads, no subscriptions. The game itself plays offline.
• Start for free: the first 60 in-game days are free to play. Keep going with one optional, one-time purchase ("Full Game") that unlocks the rest of the game. Restore it any time from Settings.
• Prefer to keep it white-collar? Darker story actions can be switched off in Settings.
• English and Turkish.

Corrupt State is satire. Doranta and every person, party, company and institution in it are invented. Any resemblance to the real world is, of course, purely coincidental. Nobody gets hurt on screen: the darker deeds are told, not shown.
