About this app

Recipe World is a vegetarian cooking companion that works entirely offline. Every recipe, photograph and cooking step is built into the app, so nothing is fetched, no account is needed, and there is nothing to sign up for.

COOK IN YOUR OWN LANGUAGE
Every recipe, category, cuisine, step and tip is fully translated into English, Hindi (हिन्दी) and Gujarati (ગુજરાતી) — not machine output, but written in all three. Search works across all of them at once, so a Gujarati query will find an English-authored recipe. Switch language at any time from Settings.

303 VEGETARIAN RECIPES
Browse 56 categories, 16 cuisines, 7 chefs and 8 featured collections, plus seasonal and festival selections. Every dish is 100% vegetarian, and Jain and vegan options are marked and filterable.

COOK-ALONG MODE
Follow any recipe step by step with a built-in timer for each stage and an ingredient checklist as you go. The screen stays awake while you cook, and your progress is saved if you put the phone down or leave the app.

SCALE ANY RECIPE
Change the number of servings and every ingredient quantity and the whole nutrition panel rescale with it — in kitchen fractions you can actually measure, like ½ and 1¼. Quantities that do not scale, such as "to taste" or "a pinch", are sensibly left alone.

PLAN AND SHOP
Build a weekly meal plan by day and meal slot, then push the whole week to your shopping list in one tap. The list is organized recipe by recipe, so you can see what belongs to which dish and drop a whole recipe from the shop at once. Track what is already in your pantry and the list will account for it.

FIND EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT
Filter by cuisine, category, meal type, difficulty, total time, calories and protein. Narrow to Jain, kids-friendly, healthy, quick, high-protein, low-calorie, seasonal or festival dishes.

Recipe World does not collect or transmit any personal data. There are no adverts, no analytics and no sign-in. Everything you save — favourites, collections, meal plans, shopping list, pantry — stays on your device and never leaves it.
