Ratings and reviews

They have no customer service at all. I tried calling their number and the automated system says they're closed. The online help center always says theyre out for an event. I lost 2 bookings because they canceled them without my consent and when I tried to fix the issue no one was able to help me. It's been over a week and they still haven't got back to me. I had my first booking today for memorial weekend and the booking got canceled by lodgify while the guest was arriving. ZERO STARS.

Recently they implemented, with no warning, 2 factor security, and without you are locked out. Coming into effect on Friday evening so that if you got locked out it would be for the entire weekend. Our key business is weekend. So now I have no calendar for the busiest weekend of the year because I didn't know this needed to be solved and no one is working, and their solution to being locked out is log IN for technical support. Other country offices but are not allowed to help. Unbelievable.

This app doesn't work well with VRBO, and is pretty unreliable. If you are a professional host with many listings, stay away from this PMS. I paid for the highest tier service, and receive terrible support. According to them they cannot figure out how to "map the listings" from VRBO. So I called VRBO, and it appears that Lodgify made me all new listings, and then archived my old listings in attempt to fix this issue. So I lost all my reviews, and had to spend HOURS with VRBO to move those over.
