About this app

Rituals turns a list of things you have to do into a day you can actually
follow.

PLAN THE DAY, NOT JUST THE LIST
Most task apps stop at the list. Rituals takes your open tasks and lays them
onto a real timeline — start times, durations, and the short buffers between
them — so you can see whether the day you just planned will fit.

TIME BLOCKING THAT KNOWS ABOUT YOUR TASKS
Drag a task onto the canvas and it becomes a block. Blocks warn you before
they start: fifteen minutes, five minutes, now. Move one and everything after
it re-stacks.

DAILY ROUTINES
The parts of your day that repeat — the wake-up, the commute, the wind-down —
are routines, not tasks you re-type every morning. Set the schedule once and
they lay themselves onto every day they belong to.

AURORA, A PLANNING ASSISTANT
Ask what to focus on, or hand it your open tasks and let it draft the day.
Aurora reads your tasks, your schedule and your patterns. It is off until you
turn it on, and the screen that turns it on tells you exactly what leaves the
device.

THE REST OF THE SYSTEM
• Eisenhower matrix, for when everything feels urgent
• Focus mode with a timer, and a shutdown ritual at the end of the day
• Projects, goals and life areas, so a task can belong to something bigger
• Habits with streaks, and a vision board for the things you are working toward
• Voice journal — speak a thought, keep the transcript
• Notes, an inbox, and search across all of it
• Shared spaces for a household, a team, or a friend group

YOUR DAY, ON EVERY DEVICE
Rituals syncs to your account, so the plan you made on your phone is the plan
you see everywhere else.

Free to use. Some features — Aurora, voice journal, shared spaces — need
Rituals Pro.
Tasks, time blocks, and a planning assistant. Built around your voice.
