MEOps is a smart project management app designed to seamlessly connect users with skilled professionals across a wide range of categories. The app supports two types of users – regular users and professionals. Users can register, create detailed projects, define budgets and timelines, and invite professionals to collaborate. Professionals can also submit proposals for projects, and both parties can engage in in-app negotiations before finalizing. Once an agreement is made, the user awards the project and initiates an advance payment of 30% using Razorpay. The project then moves into progress when the start date arrives.
Throughout the project, users and professionals can share media files such as reference images and videos. Upon completion, professionals can mark the project as finished with final media uploads and a summary, after which users pay the remaining amount and leave a star-rated review. Professionals are required to complete KYC verification before offering services. Once approved by the admin, they can list their services, build a portfolio, and collaborate with other professionals on accepted projects.
The app includes customizable profile pages for both users and professionals, along with dedicated sections for FAQs, Support, and About Us. Users can also view and download payment receipts. With MEOps, managing, tracking, and delivering projects becomes a smooth and transparent experience for everyone involved.
