I have tried many camera blocker apps with Android Version 5 (Samsung's One UI Version 8), but with all of them very frequently there is a delay of a few seconds before the protection kicks in, leaving the camera unprotected during that brief moment -especially whenever other apps like Whatsapp or Telegram are not closed (remain in recent apps). The same happens with Camera Locker. I hope the developers can look into how to address this issue.

It's a fantastic, free app. However, it constantly displays annoying and irrelevant ads. The only problem is that the latest version doesn't ask for a dialog to disable camera access; it would have been better if it did. Even though I've granted device administrator permission, I can't end it through the task manager; nevertheless, it successfully blocks camera access in the background. Thank you for your work.

I was searching for an app to replace Pandroid, which does not work on android 14. This app works, though sometimes it takes time to detect camera use, so one can snap a picture or two. Sometime the front camera is falsely detected. Any chance to fix it? What about adding a quick setting instant access icon?
