Cartoon Photo Art for Android features incredible cartoon and comic photo effects and enhancements for your images. Transform any images into an impressive cartoon pic that looks just like an image from a comic book. Pick the image from your gallery or use the build-in camera feature to take a new picture and use it to apply the filters.


Cartoon Photo Art Features Include:

* Crop, rotate and invert your images: before applying the filters, you have the possibility to crop the image to any height and width. Choose from the predefined aspect ratios or use the free one to move the handles to any position.

* Image Effects: Apply cool cartoon and comic photo effects that includes: comic, clean cartoon, notorious cartoon, pencil toon sketch, pencil colors, bricks blend, wooden blend and a lot more.

* Enhance photo: Use this option to apply enhancements filters to the image. You can use it in conjunction with the effects or alone. Some enhancers: Contrast, Brightness, Saturation and Temperature levels control, color fix, sharpen, sepia, light, negative and vignette.

* Frames: Over 20+ photo frames to add. Just swipe left and right the frames horizontal bar to locate more. Click on the frame to apply it to the image.

* Emojis: Select the emoji option to open the amazing gallery of over 300 free high definition emoticons to choose from. Add as many emojis as you want. You can move, resize and rotate them.

Stickers: similar to emojis, but stickers include images like hats, mustaches, hair styles, signs and many more.

* Text on Image: Add text over the selected images. Pick the text size, font and color. Use finger gestures to move and resize the text.


After editing the image, the last step is saving or sharing it. Locate the save or share buttons in the action bar and tap them. Saving it will create a special folder for "Cartoon Photo Art" edited images. If you decide to share it, available options include: Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram, Email, MMS and many more.

Ratings and reviews

Pretty much useless since you can't even use it. As soon as it opens and you try to open a photo to edit, it says it needs permission to access photos but it doesn't take you to the permissions to make the change. Thinking it was a simple bug, I went to the app permissions manually to allow access and it doesn't even require permissions... So it seems, unless you pay immediately, you can't even try it out. Uninstalled.

The app keeps closing. Everytime I try to make a cartoon out of a picture, it keeps saying that there's a bug that the creator has to fix and to check back later.
