About this app

Trakly Manager is the phone app for owners and managers who run a field sales or service team. See who is working, where they are and which customers they have met, without calling anyone or chasing paper reports.

Trakly is a business service. Your field employees use the separate Trakly app, and you use Trakly Manager to see the results. Sign in with your Trakly account, or create your company account in the app.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• See your whole team live: who has started, who is on the move, who is standing still and who has gone offline, with last-seen times.
• Follow each day's route on a Google map, with every customer stop, a timeline and the distance travelled.
• Attendance without paperwork: start and end times, hours worked and distance for each person and day, with CSV export.
• Verified customer visits: who visited which customer, when, for how long and how close to the customer they were.
• See what needs attention: someone offline, someone who has not started their day, follow-ups that are due.
• Keep customers in one place: search, add or import from CSV, assign them to employees, set status tags and follow-up dates, and read the full visit history.
• Reviews: reply to notes your team flags on a customer and mark them reviewed.
• Manage your team: add or edit employees, import them from CSV and call someone in one tap.
• Company settings, working days and alert settings, in a light or dark theme.

PRIVACY AND TRANSPARENCY
Trakly is an employee-monitoring service for businesses: it shows a manager where an employee is during the work day the employee starts. The employee app explains exactly what is recorded and asks for permission before anything is tracked, and it shows a notification the whole time tracking is on. Trakly Manager itself does not track your own location and asks for no location permission.
• Every company's data is kept separate from every other company's.
• We never sell data or show ads.
• You can delete your account and data from Profile in the app, or at trakly.in/delete-account.
