About this app

Trakly records attendance, routes and customer visits for field sales and service teams, so managers know who is working, where, and which customers they met. No paper timesheets, no manual visit reports.

Trakly is a business app. An employer signs up at trakly.in and invites its field employees, who sign in to this app with the account their employer created.

FOR FIELD EMPLOYEES
• Start and end your work day with one tap. Your attendance is recorded with the time and place.
• While your day is on, the app records your location, including in the background, so your route, distance and time on the road are logged without any extra work.
• Check in and out at customers in one tap; the app suggests the customer you are standing at.
• Add notes, follow-up dates and messages about each customer.
• Works without signal: everything is saved on the phone and uploads when you are back online.
• Battery-friendly: the GPS runs less often while you are standing still.

FOR MANAGERS AND OWNERS (web dashboard at app.trakly.in)
• See your whole team live: who has started, who is on the move, who is standing still, who has gone offline.
• Attendance, routes, distance and visit history, with CSV exports.
• Alerts when someone hasn't started their day or has gone offline, including on WhatsApp.
• Manage employees, customers and territories in one place.

PRIVACY AND TRANSPARENCY
Trakly is an employee-monitoring tool for businesses: it shares an employee's location with their employer. Before anything is tracked, the app explains exactly what is recorded and why, and asks for permission.
• Location is recorded only during a work day the employee starts, from Start Day until End Day. It never tracks outside that window.
• A notification is shown the whole time tracking is on.
• Every company's data is kept separate, and we never sell data or show ads.
