SALA is more than just sweating, it was born from our desire to create impactful experiences, community and healthy habits. We believe working out should never feel like a chore, that's why we designed a gym with a diverse timetable and contract free-drop in classes taught by expert trainers. We have over 150 classes a week to choose from, so we can be as flexible as you are.

Our changing rooms come fully equipped with showers, all natural hair and body products, hair dryers and security lockers. Our complimentary natural mats are extra thick to protect knees and towels are available to hire for $4. Come and work at our co-working space before or after class.

Please arrive a few minutes before class as we don’t permit late entry.
