I have been a regular Supertails customer and earlier deliveries were always smooth. I placed an order on 15th March but still haven’t received it. I keep getting false messages that I was unavailable, but I never received any calls. I raised complaints multiple times and even got a replacement order, yet the same issue continues. This is very unprofessional. I no longer want the product—please process my full refund immediately.

initially prompt delivery. Once we continue, they misuse our trust. My previous order was split and the second peice came delaued. Now my order has been split again and there is no notice of my second item. Pathetic service. Never again will purchase from here. They have staff who are keen to call and prompt us to buy. Don't have a proper app where the item can be placed or we can avail the customer service.

Worst App- First they confirm your order ,pakao you for good 30-40min regarding your order. then they cancel your order due to logistic reason. if you can't deliver a order to a certain place don't accept it at the first place only no. and biggest nail in the coffin is you won't get your money back easily. I haven't got my refund money and its been more than 20 days. very disappointed.
