They go above and beyond to make customers feel really valued. And this is in addition to the great prices and discounts they provide compared to other apps and stores. Truly happy with your level of service and dedication. Please, please keep it up and you will have a very loyal customer (and I'm sure many more)!

I recently ordered a product and had a bad experience with the delivery person. He was so rude. I really doubt if the app has control over the delivery of the product and the behaviour of the delivery person. There is no rating mentioned in the app so that they will know how their product reaches the customer. I am totally disappointed with the app and regret buying the product through this app

Very disappointed with the delivery times. The app repeatedly promises a specific delivery window, but my order has been consistently delayed on multiple occasions. There seems to be a disconnect between the app's ETA and the actual service. I hope they fix this timing issue soon.
