I placed an order .. which was not delivered even after one month and was later cancelled by the delivery partner without informing me. I received no call, message, or email regarding this. I was also informed by customer care that Supertail relies on third-party delivery partners, which raises concerns that future orders may face the same issue. Due to this experience, I have currently stopped using Supertail and request you to address this issue seriously and improve your delivery system.

good offers, quick delivery. but the app sucks! it's slow, shows wrong items in the cart, takes forever to tap on something either to add an item to the wishlist or to the cart, shows the wrong total amount..etc it at least takes half an hour to sign up and place an order. They spend a lot on advertising! it's everywhere, but no effort whatsoever on fixing the app to provide customers a smooth experience

Off late the quality of service has gone down. the orders are not getting delivered on time and there is not much support from their customer care. the delivery is completely controlled by the couriers and they don't deliver on time outside the metro cities. So I switched to other apps.
