I love this platform; the app is great, responsive, and has very impressive navigation; I usually purchase larger quantities of products, which occasionally get damaged (this happened twice), but the customer service was excellent; after confirming the images, they processed the order for the damaged product without charging anything, which is fantastic. Everything is excellent overall, even the complimentary consultation.

My order was not delivered and I didn't receive any calls or text regarding the delivery though it was showing that it was out for delivery on the app. The next day when I called them to raise a complaint, one of the agents assured me that she'll follow up and update me but she didn't. Then I checked the order status and it showed that the product has been returned to the seller but I got no refund. Quite not a good first experience but my issue was resolved later.

I have been a regular Supertails customer and earlier deliveries were always smooth. I placed an order on 15th March but still haven’t received it. I keep getting false messages that I was unavailable, but I never received any calls. I raised complaints multiple times and even got a replacement order, yet the same issue continues. This is very unprofessional. I no longer want the product—please process my full refund immediately.
