Worst app, customer support and logistics. You place an order, it shows the delivery timeline and then it keeps getting delayed over and over and even marked 'unable to deliver' by the delivery executive in a false delivery attempt. You contact their email support, call them, all gives assurance that it'll be delivered on time, it is out for delivery, so on and so forth. And every single time, you receive a message of the delay just after 10 p.m, when you cannot connect with the support team.

Half the time we need to follow up. The items don't show delivery dates when adding to cart. It's only after we pay that I see it would be delivered pretty late. Then sometimes the order is marked as delivered while no update is provided. Then you need to keep calling customer service and explain the issue. Better to go with local stores or even Blinkit etc.

I have been ordering from this app for over two years without any issues, but the past two months have been a total nightmare. My orders consistently take 7-8 days to process, only to end up being canceled every single time. Whenever I contact customer support, they don't solve the problem,they just issue a refund and brush it off like it's no big deal. Don't waste your time ordering from here, they will just delay your order for over a week and then cancel it on you.
