I have been using Supertails for a while and my other deliveries have always been good and on time. However, my latest order got heavily delayed and stuck in transit. Thankfully, their customer support team was very helpful and proactively offered to ship a fresh order to fix it. Great service overall, just hope they fix these occasional shipping glitches!

The app keeps picking the wrong location and is using an outdated version of Google Maps. Even when I give it access and enter the right address, it just defaults back to the wrong one. I can't make an order until we get the location sorted out. There are fewer deals on premium dog food. The doctor on call never calls back in 10 minutes and might take a whole day to respond.

I had ordered a raincoat for my pet dog, but the quality of the product is extremely poor. I used it for the first time during a short walk, and by the time we returned home, the raincoat had already torn. A product meant for pets should be durable enough for normal use. I am highly disappointed with the quality and request you to look into this issue and provide a replacement or refund at the earliest.
